Are you having trouble accessing Zalster? 

  1. First, double check that you have admin or employee access to the Business Manager and  Admin Access to the Ad account you are trying to login with. Go to your Business Manager settings to find these. 
  2. If you have Admin Access to the Ad Account you are trying to access Zalster with, try to refresh the page with a hard reload. If this doesn't work, contact support and we'll try to assist you as soon as possible. 

To clarify: 

  • You can have either Employee Access or Admin Access on the Business Manager you use.
  • You MUST have Admin Access on the Ad Account you use. Standard access in any form won’t work.
